News: November 3, 2005 Councillor McHattie to chair Brian has been elected chair of the Social Service Downloading Sub-Committee. This committee was created through a motion of Council on September 28, 2005 to examine the impacts of social service downloading on the City of Hamilton and to provide recommendations on required changes.
