Residents are encouraged to call the CPR Community Connect Line at 1-800-766-7912 or email Community_Connect@cpr.ca to report any railway issues such as idling engines. 

You will be asked to leave your name, your phone number and a description of your issue (please be as specific as possible). 

This will help the City and CPR to monitor the frequency of these issues.
